Appointment Policies

Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, all bookings must be made through the booking system, and a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. For no-shows or late cancellations, you will be charged 50-100% of the service cost and may be refused future bookings until the outstanding amount is paid.

Late Policy

I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. You will be charged 100% of the service price for any missed time. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and a no-show fee will apply. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can try to accommodate you.

Sickness & Safety

For the safety and well-being of everyone, please do not attend your appointment if you’re feeling unwell (cold, flue, etc.). If you arrive with visible signs of illness, your appointment may be rescheduled to a later date.

Nail Repairs

I offer free repairs within 72 hours for genuine product issues such as lifting or breakage. After this time or in cases of personal damage, a small repair fee of £3-£5 per nail will be charged.

Age Policy

You must be 16+ to receive nail services. I cannot work on anyone younger than this.

Photography & Social Media

Photos or videos of your nails may be taken for social media purposes. If you do not wish to have your nails photographed, please inform me before the appointment.

Refunds

Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please communicate with me during or immediately after your appointment, and I will do my best to resolve any concerns.
