How long does my order take to ship?

All press-on nail sets are custom made to order with love, so please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. This time allows me to carefully create your set while working around other orders and appointments.

If you’re in a rush or need your nails sooner, I also offer a rush order service for an additional charge. Please reach out to me for more details so I can make sure I can accommodate your needs!

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact me within 7 days so I can assist with a resolution.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, I do offer international shipping!

Shipping times for international orders can vary depending on location, but you can typically expect delivery within 3-7+ working days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays, so your order could take a bit longer to reach you.

The customer is also responsible for any customs charges or import fees that may apply in your country. If you have any questions about shipping times, tracking, or fees, feel free to reach out - I’m happy to assist!

What is your return policy? 

Due to the custom nature of the products and for sanitary reasons, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct sizing, or provide accurate measurements when ordering. I recommend carefully following the provided instructions or using the size kits to ensure an accurate fit.

No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours from placing your order. If you have any concerns or need to correct your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
